The Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando has endorsed Dave Scherer for Osceola County Property Appraiser. With more than 1500 member businesses throughout Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties, the HBA reaches out to thousands of building related employees. Members of the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando are active participants in the local economic issues and community development.

Dave Scherer has been contacted by many Osceola county residents asking about their tax appraisals. “The home values are not in line with the current real estate market and homeowners are wondering why alike homes have vastly differing appraisals,” said Scherer. “By updating appraisal standards and methodology, followed by educating the present staff, the Osceola County Property Appraiser’s office can be the best in Florida.” Dave Scherer is the only candidate who is a state certified appraiser.
